The Not Fun Stuff!
We are a small company who operate with a capacity of just eight people per tour. This means our cancellations policy is less flexible than a cheaper, big bus tour. However, we still want to strike a balance with what’s fair for us and for you. So these are our policies:
Up until March 1, you can cancel your ticket and receive a 66% refund. Between March 1 and March 31 you can cancel for a 50% drefund. From April 1 onwards we cannot issue any refund as it is so close to the tour date.
If you don’t want to pay for the tour in whole up front, you can secure a spot until Feb 1 for €20 (non-refundable) per ticket. After Feb 1, the balance will be due and you can simply complete the booking or not.
Change of Dates
If you want to change your tour date, we are happy to accommodate free of charge (as long as there is space on the new date).
We guarantee to do this up until March 31, 2023. After that point, we get busy with actual touring, and will do our best, but can’t guarantee anything. From April 10 onwards, when our small-group tours begin, it’s unlikely we will be able to process any change requests.
Transfer of Tickets
If you’d like to give your ticket to someone else, this is very easy. Just send us an email detailing it and pleace cc the new recipient of the tickets. We’ll make a note but also let the new person know that the may need to take moment to explain it to the guide at the meeting point.
We begin our tours promptly. If you’re running late, the absolute maximum we can delay is 10 minutes. Please plan on being at the meeting point, 10-15 minutes early to allow for any unexpected delays (which can happen quite easily in Amsterdam!).
